Dwaine supports the directors in leading the delivery team at the core of John Perkins Construction. He carries out design coordination and project management duties, liaising with architects, engineers and specialist suppliers, as well as working closely with the JP Site Managers and Design and Construction Managers.
He joined the company in 2017, following successful stints at companies including Carillion Services and Charles Church. His years of previous experience as a Site Manager mean he is able to understand where site staff are coming from and better direct progress on site.
Calm under pressure, Dwaine has both strengths on the technical design side and an ability to stand back from fraught situations and take a considered view. He plays a vital role in ensuring jobs are finished on time and to a high quality.
Dwaine remained professional and had a good work ethos at all times. I felt confident that any issues/queries would be dealt with in a timely manner on site and could trust the works would complete to a good standard.
