Rupert joined the company in 1998, after working on a series of major projects in London for Taylor Woodrow Construction.
He was appointed Contracts Director in 2000 and, since then, he has overseen a variety of contracts, including award-winning projects at Underfall Yard and Kingswood School. He has also championed the implementation of a wide range of business and management systems, designed to improve customer service, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation.
Rupert also holds a variety of external board level positions. He is President of the South West Builders Federation; a Non-Executive Director of the Building Safety Group; and an Ambassador for the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
