Dockside Apartments, a brand-new development of 13 apartments for Simon James Homes in Bristol Harbourside, is taking shape. In this photo story, we’re giving you a peek inside this sleek, modern development that’s bringing to life a formerly dead space adjacent to Wapping Wharf.
John Perkins Construction, as Principal Contractor, is working closely with Oxford Architects, KB2 Consulting Engineers, and MDA Consulting on this project.
The JPC team, including Assistant Site Manager, Jacob Hancock, are hard at work on the project. Jacob is an Apprentice who’s being supported by JPC through the UWE Bristol Construction Project Management BSc.
Currently on site, partitions are being installed.
The finished apartments will enjoy a stunning view across the harbour and the city.
