We are delighted to have made the shortlist for ‘Building contractor of the year: England – turnover under £15m’ in the prestigious, nationwide Construction Awards of Excellence 2021.
Spearheaded by the National Federation of Builders (NFB), these awards are designed to recognise those individuals and companies that set the gold standard in the construction sector. They are run and judged entirely independently by a panel of judges and chaired by Lord Stunell.
John Perkins Construction was chosen, alongside Golden Houses and T Manners & Sons, as one of three finalists in the category, Building contractor of the year: England – turnover under £15m. This award honours SMEs that have been outstanding in project delivery, build quality, customer service, health & safety and environmental standards.
Rupert Perkins, Managing Director of John Perkins Construction, comments: “It is a true honour to be recognised as part of the Construction Awards of Excellence. Our award entry focused, in particular, on The Corsham School project, which marked a high point for the business, in terms of positive, collaborative working.”
He adds: “Well done to the Corsham team, including Sonny Murray, John Hosken and Sam Bendall-Weeks, but this is an achievement that all our staff can feel proud of, as they always go the extra mile to uphold the Perkins values of honesty, openness, integrity, and flexibility.”
The winners will be announced at a special virtual awards ceremony at 7pm on 15 April 2021.
