Having commenced on site in late 2025, we are delivering phased works at Milton Voyage as part of North Somerset Council’s SEND provision, enhancing and expanding the existing school facilities.
The project includes the formation of a new entrance, construction of two new classrooms, roof replacement works and a programme of refurbishment to improve the learning environment for students.
We’re currently onsite delivering works within a live healthcare environment to the BRI Dental Hospital, including upgrades to the oral health department and the refurbishment of the paediatric dental theatre.
We are currently on site delivering the refurbishment, repair and extension of 20 Park Place – a landmark Grade I listed building in the heart of Cardiff.
The scheme will transform a previously dilapidated building into a high-end restaurant and events venue, combining sensitive restoration works with a new-build extension and full MEP installation.
This is a complex heritage project requiring careful coordination, attention to detail and respect for the building’s historic fabric.
