Folami Prehaye’s role within the business has been redefined, in a bid to make it easier for staff to work collaboratively within John Perkins Construction.
Previously HR/Office & HSQE Manager, Folami will now function as Systems Manager. In her new role, she will ensure all the company’s systems (including Health & Safety, Training, Environmental, and HR) run smoothly.
“As Systems Manager, Folami is the key cog that sits in the centre of the business,” comments Rupert Perkins, Managing Director of John Perkins Construction. “She keeps every cog around her turning, by supporting and signposting other team members, so that the overall machine can run at maximum efficiency.”
“The refinement of Folami’s role comes as COVID-19 accelerates the digitisation of working both within John Perkins Construction and across the wider industry,” he adds. “Now more than ever, having strong systems in place is vital. We have spent the last few years improving our collaborative working as we liaise with our partners outside the business. With this new redefined role, we can also get better at working collaboratively inside the business.”
“I’m pleased to take on the role of Systems Manager,” comments Folami Prehaye. “It’s a recognition of the extensive work I have done in the business over the past five years. I’m looking forward to continually reviewing and monitoring procedures and supporting my colleagues through a smooth transition into true collaborative working in the business.”
