Adam Davidson joined John Perkins Construction as a Quantity Surveyor in February 2023 and was promoted to Managing Surveyor in October 2026, recognising his contribution to the business and his continued professional development.
In his role as Managing Surveyor, Adam oversees the commercial aspects of our construction projects, including procurement, cost management, financial forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities, and liaising with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team. He plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, commercially successfully and to the high standards expected at John Perkins Construction.
Adam graduated from the University of the West of England with a 2:1 degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management. He joined the business with over seven years of practical industry experience, having previously worked for Galliford Try and REAL SW.
An excellent communicator, Adam takes a collaborative and detail-focused approach to his work, ensuring everyone involved in a project remains informed and aligned. His strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes make him a valued member of the John Perkins Construction team.
John Perkins Construction undertook building works for North Somerset Council at five schools during the second half of 2023. The overall experience of working with JPC was very positive with the work completed to a good standard. Obviously working in schools presents challenges but these were overcome by JPC with their can-do attitude and helpful and professional team.
