Adam Davidson joined the John Perkins Construction team as a Quantity Surveyor in February 2023. In his role as QS, Adam manages the commercial aspects of construction jobs at John Perkins Construction. This includes procurement, monitoring costs, forecasting risks and opportunities, and liaising with clients and the wider team on financial matters.
Adam is a graduate of the University of the West of England where he achieved a 2:1 in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, joining the team with over 7 years of practical experience having previously worked for Galliford Try and REAL SW.
Adam is an excellent communicator and brings this strength to the role. Ensuring that everyone involved in a project is on the same page and that that no details are missed. This helps him to always deliver high quality work for the client.
John Perkins Construction undertook building works for North Somerset Council at five schools during the second half of 2023. The overall experience of working with JPC was very positive with the work completed to a good standard. Obviously working in schools presents challenges but these were overcome by JPC with their can-do attitude and helpful and professional team.
