Darren Scrase manages the commercial aspects of construction jobs at John Perkins Construction. This includes procurement, monitoring costs, forecasting risks and opportunities, and liaising with clients and the wider team on financial matters.
Darren graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from UWE Bristol. He joined John Perkins Construction in 2021, following a successful stint with Sweet Construct.
Meticulous by nature, Darren is excellent at keeping on top of paperwork and hitting deadlines. He values opportunities to benefit the community by helping to deliver high-quality, best-value facilities for the local people to enjoy.
John Perkins worked to very tight timescales to ensure our brief was met, on time and to budget. The team had to work in close proximity to hospital staff, showing sensitivity and flexibility at all times and remained customer focused throughout. We are very pleased with the result.
