Emma’s busy and varied role as Office Manager sits at the centre of the company, supporting the directors and making sure all departments have what they need to keep the cogs of JPC running smoothly.

She oversees the company’s ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) systems, manages human resources and training, and facilitates Health & Safety compliance.

Emma joined the company in 2022, following 20 years working in Avon and Somerset Police’s enquiry office, and a stint as the Office Manager for a home care company.

Her proudest moment at JPC so far has been organising the Supply Chain Seminar, which garnered a high attendance rate and lots of positive feedback.
