John Hosken

John Hosken manages construction projects from the award of contract right through to completion. He liaises with the client, architect, consultants and subcontractors; takes charge of programming, making sure each project is delivered on time and to budget; and assists with procurement and financial assessment.

He joined John Perkins Construction in January 2019, after building up a robust knowledge of the construction industry in previous, long-term roles at MD Group and CW Duke & Sons. His strengths lie in organisation, documentation, and ensuring absolute compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards on site.

John’s guiding belief is in the importance of good communication. He prides himself on building solid relationships with the whole team, helping each project to run smoothly.

We knew there would be many challenges in bringing our plans to fruition. John Perkins not only handled these well but also found solutions to problems that we inevitably encountered in creating new rooms in a Victorian Mansion of over 4,000 square metres.
