Mark has been working in Construction Management for 23 years in the Residential sector and large Retail projects for supermarket clients. Prior to this Mark ran his own business as a Multi-trade contractor.
He joined Jon Perkins Construction in 2023 as a Design and Contracts Manager. In his role Mark is responsible for the smooth planning, running and completion of a project from the moment the job has been awarded. His extensive industry knowledge and experience are a real asset in his role allowing him to foresee potential pitfalls and navigate them ahead of time, ensuring we #makeithappen for our clients by delivering our programme successfully.
Mark is a fan of Rugby, formerly playing and now coaching an under 10’s team and Indoor Rowing. He is married with a 10 year old son and lives locally in Hanham.
