As Aftercare Manager, Mitch Duggan acts as the single point-of-contact for all post-construction queries. He carries out quarterly visits during the defects period with the client representative, and ensures the timely close-out of defects.
Mitch joined JPC in 1996 as a Carpenter and spent many years as a Site Supervisor and then Site Manager for the company. As a time-served tradesman with an eye for quality, he also has people skills that make him approachable and easy to talk to.
His role as Aftercare Manager supports a pleasant final phase to the customer journey, from the end of the construction phase to the end of the defects liability period, using Soft Landings principles.
