"I always ask, "How can I add value to what we’re doing?" Good pre-construction work makes everyone’s lives easier in the long run."
Natalie coordinates tenders and negotiated contracts for new work at John Perkins Construction, and oversees the process of bringing new projects to the construction stage. This involves working closely with both the directors and the Estimator, Ian Williams, in order to combine all of the company’s expertise to set the groundwork for a successful project on site.
Educated at DeMontfort University and UWE Bristol, Natalie is a Chartered Member of CIOB, a CITB Ambassador, and a member of Women in Property South West.
She honed her skills as a Senior Project Manager with Bailey Partnership and then as Facilities and Estates Manager at the University of Bath, where she oversaw extensive facilities and estates refurbishment projects. It was her work as Framework Manager at ISG Construction, where she worked on Ministry of Justice projects, that allowed Natalie to focus her skills on all tasks Pre-Construction.
Her strength lies in attention to detail, making sure every ‘i’ is dotted and every ‘t’ is crossed. She’s passionate about the benefits that investing time and energy at the front end of a project can bring.
Natalie is a fantastic asset to the team. She is positive, professional and has a firm knowledge base. Natalie is a tendering expert and fully understands the complex mix needed for success.
